two stories.

In my years of school there's alot that I learned, but very little that I will use in my life and in the real world. Some of the things that I did learn though is that a simple please and thank you gets you alot further than if you were to be rude. I have also learned that even on the days that I feel like crap I still get up and go to school and at least give effort towards my education, because if I at least show interest or participation, it gets me further, and it shows that I am willing to work. Just like in the real world, stealing is not acceptable and you can be punished for it. But, in school they call it plagiarizing, which is the same thing, except for its stealing someone elses work and then calling it your own, which in turn gets you a failing grade. Why not just do the work yourself, your only hurting yourself if you copy because then you dont learn anything at all, and thats not the point, you go to school to learn. In school I also learned how to work with a variety of people, from people who just sit there and do nothing, to the people who actually care about their grades and want to do something with their lives. I admit it, I have been caught cheating before, it didn't turn out good. My friend and I ended up receiving F's on the assignment and we got a call home from our teacher. Oh, our parents didnt like that. We both ended up being grounded for a month.
